  • Call will be recorded and kept in one folder (.settings1) in encrypted format. If someone goes to that folder and deletes it then it cannot be uploaded to server.

  • No, it need not be rooted. The app shows notification when pulled so be careful.

  • VoIP call recorder is not possible on Android, at least for majority of device. The reason is VoIP call uses microphone and Recorder apps cannot record if microphone is already in use. Voice Calls, however, dont use microphone so recorder can access microphone to record Voice Calls.

• After having installed the CMT on the target phone, the message log is showing on the target phone, but the web login is unable to pull the data. Pl advice what should be done. The target phone is Samsung S8 running Pie OS. It also has CM Clean Master and Security Master running however have disabled any option which may affect the data transfer. Have also tried deleting the account, re-registering and also using another email id to re-register. But still cant see the messages online! Pl advice Srihari.

  • CMT should pull data if the app is installed on the device and running properly. Are you still facing the problem? Make sure the configuration in the device is proper to allow pulling of data from website (inside app settings)
