  The video is getting recorded based on command from the website and also it is getting deleted from '.Settings3' folder. However, I can no where find these videos on website nor do I receive an email for it. Is this something to do with your server?

  • Hi Dan, Android latest versions are not allowing apps to record video when the screen is off. We are trying to update the app. It wont work till then.

  • The latest app (version 10) does record video even when the screen is off.

• I don't have any video how long takes to start see them?

  • You should be able to see video within a minute of initiating it. If you don't see even after a while that means the app in target phone is either uninstalled or forced closed. In some phones app needs to be given permissions to run in background as well.
