  • Hi Silver, yes few anti-virus app detects these apps as a threat. One has to be careful and uninstall these apps or at the least mark the app as safe app.

    If the name of app is changed to some obscure name like "Settings" then even browser will throw malware alert and you won't be able to download it. That's why we have kept "Audio Rec".

    Once microphone is acquired other app cannot use microphone so VoIP and Camera might throw alert but if the VoIP has already started then Audio recording will just exit silently.

• Hi Srihari, The Call Recorder is working fine on one of the device but suddently stopped pulling Audio Files from another 2nd device. It was pulling on the new device earlier but has suddenly stopped i guess after that phone was done with a OS update. Target phone is Samsung S8 running Pie with latest update done 2 days ago. Pl advice a solution for the same. Should i uninstall and reinstall the app there?

  • Sometimes audio recording takes time. Wait for a few hours before trying re-installing.

• Hello app is not installing it opens like a zipped folder and there are so many other folders in kbs or said unable to open why kindly guide?

  • Kindly use APK Installer app to install if your device is not able to install it automatically.
